Rose of Bows in white shantung straw.  This is one of our new designs for 2021 and the silk loops in differing colors is so distinctive against the white.  These are definite lipstick shades and will blend with many outfits.  The hat has a square crown and a slight lip to the edge.  The headsize is 22.5" but this can be adjust before shipping.
