Sporty vintage Knox brimmed cloche hat has a size label of 22" but it measures 20 3/4" so it's very small head size. It could also be called a fascinator because it has a built-in back strap of felt that holds in on the head so you can set it to one side or the other.

This vintage brimmed cloche hat is in perfect condition. I love the little faux bird head with a bright red beak that I believe is the real thing.

The name Sara R. Haas is printed inside along with the Knox label.
